They were super attentive, answered all of my many phone calls, and ultimately helped me get it towed to another place because they couldn't fully diagnose the issue on my Rogue. They didn't charge for the diagnostic fee because of that.

1. Upon disassembly of (My Baby) 2913 E 350 Mercedes component parts had to be removed for access to brake lines. When reassembled Somone did not replace the part that holds the jack in position. So now I cannot jack my car up on the…
