Really genuinely kind man, he was able to figure out exactly what to do, charged a very reasonable price and gave no markup for the parts he had to buy.

Michael was extremely responsive, gave me an extremely fair price for an airbag diagnostic, parts, and labor, and even drove my car to and from his shop on the first visit. Turnaround time for all work was 2 days, quicker than most…

I scheduled to have a hitch installed. Spoke with him the night before to confrim the address. Drove across town and he wasn't there and did not answer his phone. This is not a shop, it is a guy working out of his garage. Very unreliable.

Great customer service! Michael is very accommodating, has great communication skills. I've been having some issues with my car, he drove all the way out to me to come see what the problem was and made a plan for us to get it fixed.
