Express Auto Repair is a full-service automotive repair and reconditioning facility in Columbus, Ohio. Our affiliated Lease-Here-Pay-Here company operates a fleet of approximately 300 vehicles, and our repair center handles the inspection, maintenance, and reconditioning of those vehicles.

Our facility includes 12 service bays, eight automotive lifts, diagnostic equipment, and the tools needed to perform a wide range of mechanical repairs. We are now expanding our operation to serve outside retail customers, including brake service, suspension repairs, oil changes, diagnostics, and general automotive maintenance.

We are looking for simple, easy-to-use software that will allow us to create estimates, obtain customer repair authorizations, prepare professional invoices, track repair orders, and maintain service records. Our goal is to organize the retail side of the business without adding an unnecessarily complicated system.
