Really great experience. He was very fair with his pricing, communicated clearly, and actually took the time to explain what needed to be done instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. I also appreciated that he gave me honest advice about replacing the full control arms rather than just the ball joints, which ended up making more sense.
