Alex is an absolute lifesaver and a consummate professional! I was completely stranded with a dead battery and a highly complex electrical/transmission fault on a Friday evening. While other places told me I would have to wait until the next day, Alex responded to my call instantly, communicated beautifully with text updates, and fit me into his schedule within 90 mins. He arrived exactly when he said he would, worked incredibly fast, and is deeply knowledgeable about modern vehicle computer systems. His pricing is very fair, and he charged me the exact amount of his initial phone quote—no hidden fees or surprises. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the diagnostic data reports and proper documentation required for my auto warranty claim. It is wonderful to support an honest, professional small business owner. HIRE THIS GUY !!! —10 stars!!
