MECHANICRANK
FEATURE INTERVIEW

Let's write an article about you

One business per article, in your own words. It gets published on MechanicRank, it links to your profile and your own site, and Google indexes it. It is free and it is yours to share anywhere.

Takes about ten minutes. Write as much or as little as you want on each question. Short honest answers beat long polished ones.

Who you are

So we can credit you properly and send you the link when it publishes.

How customers find you

All optional, and all of it goes on the article. The email and mobile above are only for us, so a customer never sees them unless you fill in the public email here.

Leave it blank and no address goes on the page.

We say so on the article, so nobody guesses wrong.

The questions

Answer in plain language, the way you would tell a customer. We do the writing.

Where you learned, who taught you, and when you went out on your own.

A real range is fine. People search for this more than anything else.

The thing customers always guess wrong about.

Or any repair you are proud of. This is usually the best part of the article.

Scan tools, welder, programming, press. What you can do at the roadside that a shop does on a lift.

Towns and radius, and what happens after someone rings you.

Year, make and model, and why it stuck with you. Send a picture of it below.

Photos

These matter more than the writing. An article with real photos of a real person gets read and shared; one without looks like every other directory page. Straight off your phone is perfect. Send them at whatever size they are and we will handle the rest.

Your logorequired

The favourite car you named aboverequired

The one from the last question. This is the photo people stop on.

You workingrequired

Hands on a car, under a hood, mid job. Not a posed headshot.

Your work vehicle or packoutrequired

The van, the truck, or the tool setup you carry. Proves you are the real thing.

Anything elseoptional

A finished job, your crew, a before and after.

Anything elseoptional

We read every submission before it publishes. If something is unclear we will email you rather than guess. Nothing goes live without a human reading it first.
